The barn conversation boasts an open plan living and dining space with a kitchen and sofa area with fireplace and separate dining room. The living space opens out to the patio where you can enjoy an alfresco dinner and views of the surrounding farm and vast countryside. There is also a double bedroom with a bathroom that also opens out to the patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air and beautiful views.
Set within the grounds of Pound Hill Farm and surrounded by lush countryside, there is plenty to see and do whilst staying at Black Burn cottage. This property provides a great base for exploring Kent including the coast, Kent Downs and nearby attractions including the Big Cat Sanctuary and medieval castles.

Sissinghurst Castle Garden – Beautiful gardens that surround the Sissinghurst Castle with plenty of trails, flowers and plants as well as a shop and cafe to enjoy.
Lashenden Air Warfare Museum – War museum with displays and exhibits from WW2 history.
The Bell and Jorrocks, Frittenden – Nice local pub with classic food, drinks and friendly atmosphere.
The Knoxbridge Inn, Frittenden – Pub with a good selection of beers and ciders, dog-friendly, outdoor seating and popular for Sunday roasts.
The Three Chimneys, Biddenden – A country pub with a good food menu, local ales and a big beer garden for the warmer months.
